本机组采用双挤出机,双牵引机,通过流延方式将多种基材复合,在一个生产流程中完成塑编袋正反面亮光复合工艺该机组自动化程度高,工艺先进,操作方便。采用BOPP自动对版系统,通过色标电眼检测,对电眼检测出的信号进行自动对版及补偿(控制夹送电机,主动送膜),从而达到双面彩膜自动套色。该结构具有对版准确、稳定性好、自动化程度高的特点,特别适应于生产高档双面彩膜复合袋.
