This unit features a high degree of automation, advanced technology, and easy operation. The entire unit utilizes a PLC operating system that displays weight, speed, and meter counter functions. It also features linked control, automatic constant tension, intelligent temperature control for each extruder, and automatic material suction. The die head utilizes a Taizhou Huangyan-specific mold. The finished composite product exhibits strong adhesion, excellent results, uniform thickness, and excellent sealing properties.
