本机可与我公司生产圆筒编织袋凃塑料复合机组配套使用,是将涂塑复合后的圆筒编织布,经过本机进行放卷、双面印刷、打孔、移位折边、热切、定量叠袋输出等工序。生产的袋子,印字清晰,边膜和产品牌号印字可以进行移位折边,折在M型边里面,使之袋体平整,美观,完全可和中颖袋相媲美。它取消了中缝粘合制袋机组,将编织布筒料纵向割成平面进行复合、印刷、zui后在热切之前,进行折边、中缝粘合的工艺;从而大提高了袋子的强度,并降低了产品的成本,增加了企业的经济效益,它将是中缝粘合制袋机组的取代设备。
