性能及特点

本机组采用双挤岀机,双牵引机,通过流延方式将多种基材复合,在一个生产流程中完成塑编袋正反面亮光复合工艺。该机组自动化程度高,工艺先进,操作方便。整机采用PLC操作系统,联动控制,各挤岀机自动温控,自动吸料,模头采用台州黄岩专用模头,复合成品具有粘合牢度强,效果好,厚薄均匀,密封性能好。

The unit adopts double extruder and double tractor to combine various base materials through flow delay and complete the bright light composite process on the front and back of plastic woven bag in aproduction process. The unit has high automation, advanced technology and convenient operation he whole machine adopts PLC operating system, linkage control, automatic temperature control of each extruder, automatic material absorption, and the die head adopts taizhou huangyan special die head. The composite product has strong bonding strength, good effect, uniform thickness and good sealing performance。
